5 Steps to Successfully Navigate Change

You may initiate it, or it may come from an external source, but change is inevitable. And no one can successfully navigate change alone. We all need champions to work alongside us.

I spend most of my time working with nonprofit leaders in some sort of transitory state. They want to launch an initiative, build a stronger board, create a different fundraising strategy, shift the organization’s culture and more.
I was thrilled to see this article in MIT Sloan Management Review that so well describes the need for champions – or influencers as the author calls them.
